Departure

40 x 30 inches, Acrylic on Canvas, $2,400

A fleeting moment caught between presence and absence, “Departure” explores the quiet tension of transition.

Fun fact, this painting was originally six figures in masquerade attire for the Venetian Carnival. Amira found inspiration elsewhere (painted over it)… and decided to turn gondolas into sailboats. They hold more people.

Currently, this is the largest piece that Amira has completed.
